ADMISSIONS: MSN TO DNP
Admission to UNC Nursing remains selective to ensure high-quality educational experiences and program outcomes. Each application undergoes a holistic assessment. Note that meeting the minimum requirements below does not ensure admission into the program.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- License to practice as a registered nurse in North Carolina
- Master’s of science in nursing required, with a GPA of at least 3.25
- Verification of precepted clinical hours
- Three letters of recommendation
- Professional statement
